Silver Oak
The 2004 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex and elegant wine that balances the expression of fruity and savory elements with finesse. The wine has a dark ruby color with a purple edge and displays aromas of black plum, soy sauce, chocolate, rose petals, cedar and black olive. It has a soft, velvety attack and a fruity, floral and spicy mid-palate. The finish is long and smooth with well integrated tannins. Properly cellared, this wine should give drinking pleasure through 2024.
International Wine Cellar
Black cherry, plum syrup and lead pencil on the nose, with a lightly roasted character and a meaty nuance. Quite pliant on the palate, with a much more velvety mouthfeel than the Alexander Valley offering and more mid-palate stuffing to support its toothcoating tannins. Finishes with very good breadth and length.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
